Customers do not clearly mention the customization requirements.
Customers set wrong sizes, styles. (Every item is custom printed on demand as you order them. Please be sure to check size charts and measurements for the best fit. )
The customer provided the wrong shipping address after the order was shipped and there was a tracking code.
Because each piece is custom-made just for you, please allow 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for production before your order ships.
Double-check your shipping address at checkout 🤍 If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Liberada Designs is not responsible for the delay and the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
